helpful informationunironed flat sheetlack of service
the host, chris, provided helpful information about nearby parking.
the flat sheet used as a bottom sheet was not ironed and just thrown over the mattress. also, the room wasn't serviced, so no replenishment of tea or coffee occurred, subpar. finally, owners weren't present. i find that unacceptable when i am paying for service.
